Why I do this differently
I didn't plan on becoming a buyer's agent. What I did plan on, for 16.5 years, was making sure I'd properly assessed a situation before committing to it, because in the ADF, getting that wrong has real consequences.
When I started looking at property for myself, I saw the same carelessness everywhere, buyers signing based on a feeling, agents working for the seller pretending otherwise, and people finding out what they missed only after it was too late to fix.
Candid Property exists because I got tired of watching that happen, especially to people like me: ADF members and healthcare workers who don't have the time or headspace to become property experts on top of everything else they're carrying.
